We put all of the gold coated materials used to make our jewellery & inside the Bead & Sip Kits through the harshest conditions before it’s in your mailbox waiting to be worn by you. 

We only sell jewellery that passes the quality test.

Here's how we test:

☑ 4 weeks freshwater soak
☑ 4 weeks saltwater soak
☑ Exposure to sunlight the entire testing time

After 8 weeks of testing, we can confirm all of our gold coated jewellery & materials inside our kits do not lose their colour. 

That's why we offer a lifetime colour guarantee. 

However, if your gold coated jewellery or materials inside your beading kit do lose their golden colour, you'll get a replacement. (T&Cs applied). 

Here's How It Works:

Step 1: Email us at hello@goldieboxx.com to let us know your jewellery or materials inside your kit are losing their gold colour. 
Step 2: Send your jewellery or kit back to the address we provide you in the return email. 
Step 3: Let us take care of the rest! We will check the jewellery or materials in the kit next to brand new ones and inform you of the inspection results. If we conclude the jewellery or kit has lost its gold colour, we will then send you a new one. 

Please note: Our Lifetime Colour Guarantee covers all gold coating colour issues. It does not include colour discolouration of pearls, shells, silver, crystal beads or other materials. 

Lifetime Colour Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of your order when requesting a Lifetime Colour Guarantee refund. 

Sale Items, Gifts & Subscriptions: Items purchased on sale or with a discount/promo code, gifted items & items in our Jewellery Box Subscription are not included.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable.

Inspection: All returned items undergo inspection. It's at our discretion to determine if an item has lost its colour and eligible for warranty. 

Replacement: If we determine the item has lost its colour, you will receive a new one. If the product has been discontinued, you will receive a similar product of similar value.

Polish: We hand polish every piece to ensure a beautiful shine. However, regular exposure to the ocean & sweat can create a built up of salt over your jewellery. This does not mean the jewellery has lost its colour & it will not be accepted under the Lifetime Colour Guarantee. Your jewellery may just need a clean. To fix this, simply wipe with a soft cloth or cotton ball. 

Pearls and Shells: Our Lifetime Colour Guarantee includes all gold coating colour issues. This does not include colour fade of pearls or shells. With time, virtually all natural pigments deteriorate and fade... And we only use natural shells & genuine pearls. Plastic jewellery does not biodegrade and will spend its lifetime in landfill releasing toxic chemicals into the air. To protect the planet, we will never use imitation pearls or fake, plastic shells in our jewellery. 

Crystal Beads: Our Lifetime Colour Guarantee includes all gold coating colour issues. This does not include colour fade of Austrian crystal glass beads. Over time, the crystal's mineral composition may change, leading to a slight change in colour. Again, we refuse to use fake plastic alternatives.
