HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you subscribe to the Jewellery Box, we will send you two new pieces of jewellery every month.
This includes necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings & anklets. It's a surprise each month :)

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Of course! Cancellation is made easy with the click of a button. You can also skip & pause your subscription whenever you need.

HOW MUCH IS THE JEWELLERY WORTH?

The jewellery you'll get every month is worth over $100.
Each piece retails for approx. $50-$80, so you're essentially getting a free piece of jewellery each month.

WHEN WILL I GET MY BOX?

2-7 business days. Once your monthly payment has processed, we immediately pack & send your box of goodies.

HOW DOES THE MONTHLY PAYMENT WORK?

Your subscription will auto-renew every 31 days, starting from your initial purchase date.
If your payment fails, don't worry! We understand this happens from time to time.
We will let you know the payment has failed & retry the following day.

IS THE JEWELLERY WATERPROOF?

Absolutely! But more importantly, it's SALTwater-proof.
We will ONLY send you jewellery that's passed the 'Australia-Proof' anti-tarnish test.
All of our materials have gone through a quality control test by being exposed to sun and water for 8 weeks straight…

Is the jewellery gold or silver?

Both! Every month is a surprise, however, it's 80% gold jewellery. You will get some silver pieces to mix up your jewellery collection every now & then :)

What kind of jewellery will I get?

You'll receive some of our most-loved items from our online shop, plus some exclusive limited edition pieces handmade just for the mystery box.
You'll get necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings & anklets. Pearls, shells, gold, silver, & colourful beaded pieces.

Can I order this is a gift for a loved one?

Absolutely! Make sure you put down their shipping address. (You can update the shipping address via the portal too). This is a great gift idea for a friend, sister, mother or girlfriend. It's the gift that keeps on giving!
You can also subscribe yourself & re gift some of the jewellery. That's a great way to save money on presents for loved ones, and you won't have to deal with the hassle of finding a gift idea. All of our pieces come in a Goldieboxx keepsake bag so you can re gift.

How can I manage my subscription?

You'll receive access to our subscription portal, where you can update your shipping address, billing details, cancel, pause & reactivate your subscription.
