RETURNS POLICY

Here at Goldieboxx Jewellery, we've been online shopping long enough to understand that sometimes, a piece may not resonate as expected. For those moments, we've made our returns process as smooth as possible.

Our number #1 goal is to ensure you adore your Goldieboxx Jewellery, but if your feelings have changed, here's what you need to know:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Purchases Eligible: Only items purchased at full price can be returned for a refund. Sale items, items bought with a discount/promo code, and earrings, due to hygiene reasons, are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of your order when requesting a refund or exchange.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS 

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, except if they are faulty.
  • Gift Vouchers: These are not eligible for returns.
  • Sale Items: Purchases made during a sale are final, except for faulty goods.
  • Gifts: Free gifts are not eligible for refunds or exchange. 
  • Discounted Purchases: Items bought with a discount/promo code are eligible only for store credit, unless they are faulty.

RETURNS COST 

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable, and the cost of shipping on your original order is also non-refundable.

PROCESSING RETURNS 

  • Inspection: All returned items undergo inspection. It's at our discretion to determine if an item is in its original condition and eligible for a refund.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds or exchanges are processed within 48 hours. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM 

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at hello@goldieboxx.com with your reason for the return, your name, and order number.
  2. Send It Back: Return the package in its original packaging. Details for return shipping will be provided upon your return request.
  3. Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), please allow up to five days for your refund to be processed.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Quality is paramount at Goldieboxx Jewellery. If you receive an item that's not in perfect condition, we're committed to making things right.

  • Report Immediately: If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us right away at hello@goldieboxx.com, including 2-3 clear images of the issue, along with your order details. We'll guide you through the next steps for a resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we're here to assist, but timing is everything.

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped. The moment your order moves into the packaging and shipping process, we're unable to halt its journey.
  • How to Cancel: To ensure swift processing, please contact us immediately at hello@goldieboxx.com if you wish to cancel your order. Our team will do everything possible to accommodate your request, subject to our shipping schedule.

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submission to avoid the need for cancellations. However, we understand that flexibility is key, and we're here to help navigate any changes.
