OUR SHIPPING PARTNER 

  • Carrier: We proudly ship all orders through Sendle, Australia’s first carbon-neutral delivery service, aligning with our commitment to eco-friendliness.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

  • Areas Served: We ship to any address within Australia.
  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping costs $10.95 for all orders under $100, and express shipping costs $14.95. 
  • Free Shipping for orders over $100.
  • Processing Times: We strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours of your purchase.
  • Delivery Times: Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery after your order leaves our hands.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

  • Stay Informed: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Can’t find it? We suggest a quick check in your spam folder.

PACKAGING

  • Eco-Friendly: We use all eco-friendly materials for packaging. Your jewellery will arrive in a mailer box, nestled within shredded paper and hex wrap for ultimate protection, and presented in a microfiber bag to store your jewellery in when you're not wearing it.

IMPORTANT NOTES 

  • Responsibility: Once your package is dispatched, it embarks on a journey beyond our control. Should there be any shipping delays, we kindly ask you to reach out to the carrier directly before contacting us.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: We entrust the carrier with the safe delivery of your order. Please note, Goldieboxx Jewellery cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, damaged in transit, or delivery delays. We are unable to replace lost or damaged packages.
